The Profile tab lets you update your account details.| Field | Description |

Members
The Members tab shows everyone in your organization and lets Owners manage access.Roles

Inviting teammates
Click Invite Member and enter the email address. An invitation email is sent with a link to join the organization. Invited users who do not yet have an Arkdock account will be prompted to create one when they accept. Pending invites are shown in the members list with a “Pending” status until the recipient accepts.Changing a member’s role
Owners can change a member’s role from the member row. Click the role dropdown and select the new role.Removing a member
Owners can remove a member using the kebab menu on their row. Removed members lose access to the organization immediately. Their historical contributions (evaluations created, annotations added) remain in the platform.Usage

Token usage

Overage and spending cap
On the Free plan, operations pause when any token limit is reached. No overage is charged. On the Pro plan, operations continue past the included allowance and overage is billed at the per-token rates above. A default ceiling of $2,000/month caps total overage. Use the Spending Cap control to set a lower limit and prevent unexpected charges.Upgrading and managing
Click Upgrade to Pro to start the checkout flow (opens the Stripe payment page). Click Manage Billing to update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel your subscription (opens the Stripe billing portal). To cancel a Pro subscription, use the Cancel Subscription option on the Billing tab. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Can I belong to multiple organizations?
Can I belong to multiple organizations?
Not currently. Each Arkdock account is associated with one organization. If you need access to another organization, you will need a separate account.
What happens to data when a member is removed?
What happens to data when a member is removed?
Evaluations, simulations, agents, and scenarios created by the removed member remain in the organization. Annotations and comments are attributed to their account. The removed member can no longer access the organization.

Only Owners can send invitations. Members can view the team roster but cannot add or remove members.
