OwnerFull access to all features including member management, billing, and all team data
MemberAccess to agents, scenarios, simulations, evaluations, knowledge, and metrics. Cannot manage members or billing.

Inviting teammates

Click Invite Member and enter the email address. An invitation email is sent with a link to join the organization. Invited users who do not yet have an Arkdock account will be prompted to create one when they accept. Pending invites are shown in the members list with a “Pending” status until the recipient accepts.

Changing a member’s role

Owners can change a member’s role from the member row. Click the role dropdown and select the new role.

Removing a member

Owners can remove a member using the kebab menu on their row. Removed members lose access to the organization immediately. Their historical contributions (evaluations created, annotations added) remain in the platform.

Usage

The Usage tab shows your organization’s consumption metrics for the current billing period:
  • Number of simulations run
  • Total conversations generated
  • Number of evaluations completed
  • API calls made
Usage is refreshed periodically. Contact support if you believe there is a discrepancy.

Billing

The Billing tab shows your current plan, live token usage for the billing period, and overage controls.

FAQ

Not currently. Each Arkdock account is associated with one organization. If you need access to another organization, you will need a separate account.
Evaluations, simulations, agents, and scenarios created by the removed member remain in the organization. Annotations and comments are attributed to their account. The removed member can no longer access the organization.
Only Owners can send invitations. Members can view the team roster but cannot add or remove members.
